ABOUT MEMBERSHIP
Membership at PWIA is divided into two primary categories: Proprietary (Resident) members and Associate (Non-Resident) members.
Proprietary Members: Eligibility is restricted to the original 292 homes within the Park Wilshire Improvement Association boundaries. These members are eligible for annual swim memberships if their dues are current. If a resident cancels their membership, they lose eligibility until the property changes ownership, at which point the new owner may join.
Associate Members: These are individuals living outside the association boundaries. Availability is limited and dictated by the number of resident sign-ups each year. These memberships are non-transferable.
How to Join: Residents can verify their address via the association map and register when the window opens in Spring. Non-residents must join a waitlist by filling out an online form.
