Overview (step-by-steps instructions are below)

  • Use the forgot password link to reset your password
  • The “Members” dashboard (beneath “Account Requirements”) will highlight items that need to be addressed by you.
    • Confirm and correct any and all household members (your membership only includes household members).
    • Add profile pictures for all adults. Click on the 3 dots by your name in the second section on the right to add a photo.
  • All adults need to submit a waiver.  Click on the doc icon next to your name to sign the waiver.
  • Go to Payments, then “Make a Payment” to pay for swim membership.
  • We have transitioned to a new system and you may notice two account numbers. The account starting with A is your legacy account number. You also have a new account assigned by the new system.
  • Payment:
    • If you would like to avoid credit card fees, you may Zelle your fees to [email protected] and reference your account number. You have this option as long as you have not yet submitted your credit card information.
    • After payment is received via Zelle and processed by the PWIA Treasurer, your account will be marked as paid (typically takes 1 – 5 days).
  • Proprietary members:
    • Please note that your Proprietary fee must be paid at the same time or prior to your swim registration. Your swim registration will not be complete and you will have no access to the pool until both are paid.
  • After registration: 
    • You can pickup your membership cards, key card, and annual stickers from the lifeguards anytime after our season starts on the Friday before Memorial Day.
